THE JD METHODFitness Disclaimer
Effective September 14, 2026
Exercise carries risk. The JD Method programs are general educational fitness programs and are not medical advice or individualized healthcare.
Before Training
You are responsible for determining whether an exercise program is appropriate for you. Consider consulting a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or materially changing an exercise program, particularly if you have concerns about exercising safely.
Training Safety
Use appropriate technique, loads, equipment, spotters, and safety devices. Do not attempt a movement or load you cannot perform safely. Stop exercising if you experience sharp, sudden, severe, or otherwise concerning pain or symptoms and seek appropriate professional care.
No Medical Relationship
Purchasing or using a program does not create a physician-patient, physical therapist-patient, dietitian-client, or other healthcare-provider relationship.
No Guaranteed Results
Individual responses to training differ. The JD Method does not guarantee specific increases in strength, muscle mass, body composition, athletic performance, or other outcomes.
Program Scope
Programs are prewritten and cannot account for every individual's health history, mobility, experience, equipment, recovery, or circumstances.
