Digital products: Because The JD Method programs are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once access or download has been provided.
Exceptions
Contact The JD Method if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, received the wrong program, cannot access the program because of a delivery problem, or believe a transaction was unauthorized. Legitimate billing and delivery issues will be reviewed.
No Results-Based Refunds
A refund is not guaranteed because a customer changes their mind, does not complete the program, or does not achieve a particular training result.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Requests
Include the purchaser name, purchase email, program purchased, and a description of the issue when contacting The JD Method.
